Martin Wade Alston, 34 of Nederland died Friday, October 22, 2010, at his residence.   A native and lifelong area resident, he was born November 9, 1975, to Joel Eugene and Barbara Layne (Cox) Alston. He was a communications technician with AT&T with ten years of service and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.   Survivors include his parents, Barbara and Michael Roy of Port Neches and Gene and Valerie Alston of Mauriceville; daughter, Reagan Alston of Beaumont; sister, Kelly Gerlach; brothers, Brian, Mike, and Daniel Alston; grandfather, Van Cox of Groves; grandmothers, Ruby Corley of Katy and LaVerne Cloiteaux; uncles, Jimmy Alston of Nederland and Dwayne Roy of Lake Charles; aunt, Pam Gillette of Kountze.   Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Broussard’s, 505 12th Street, Nederland, with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, October 25, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
