Woodrow Wilson Parsons, Jr., 66, of Winnie died September 8, 2010 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.  A native of Shawnee, Oklahoma and former forty year resident of Mont Belvieu, Woodrow had been residing in Winnie for the last three years.  He was a United States Army Veteran and for eighteen years, was a mechanic for the Army.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Parsons of Winnie; sons, Randy Dillard of Mont Belvieu and Carl Trout of Norman, Oklahoma; daughters, Tammy Parsons and Melinda Credeur and her husband Randal all of Winnie; sisters, Rose Marie Clock of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Donna Biggs of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Ryan Credeur, Emily Credeur and Garret Freeman.

Graveside services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 W Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
