Deborah Kaye Price, 59, of Woodville died Wednesday, September 8, 2010, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.  Deborah was born May 2, 1951, in Beaumont to J.D. and Margaret (Williams) O’Neal.  A resident of Beaumont most of her life, she was a homemaker. 

Survivors include her children, Craig Price and his wife Cindy of Lumberton and Adam Price and his wife Anita of Kountze; two grandchildren, Corey and Jacob; and her brother, David O’Neal and his wife Inette of Wylie, Texas.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 13, 2010, at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze with burial to follow at Holland Cemetery in Kountze.  A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, September 12, 2010, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Broussard’s.
