Audrey Marie McCarble, 69, of Beaumont died Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at her home in Beaumont. A native of Ville Platte, Louisiana, Audrey was born on June 17, 1941, to Mary Ardoin and Fred Fahrenthold. A longtime resident of the Beaumont area, she retired from Helena Labs. She is survived by her sons, Keith Brooks and his wife Tracie of Beaumont and Kevin Brooks and his wife Jean of Fannett; father, Fred Fahrenthold of Beaumont; six grandchildren, Brandon Brooks, Blake Brooks, Blair Brooks, Kyle Brooks, Callan Brooks and Courtney Brooks; sister, Georgia Zoch of Beaumont; and nieces, Georgianna Zoch and Laura LeBlanc. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 3, 2010, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
