Teresa Danette Whitley, 49, of Beaumont passed away July 15, 2010.  A native of Cheyenne, Wyoming and resident of Beaumont for twenty-eight years, Teresa enjoyed her family and grandchildren, whom called her Grandma, and known by many as a second mom.  She was employed as a manager with Market Basket for twelve years and loved doing genealogy and ancestry research. 

She is survived by her three children, Christopher Bowers and Andrea Whitley both of Beaumont and Steven Whitley, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Lumberton; grandchildren, Aynjel McAdams, Malachi Burk, and Jay’me Whitley; parents, Cecil Timmons and TeeAnna Bishop; and brothers and sisters, Dorinda, Jeffery, Rita, Diana, and Sharon.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Broussard’s Chapel, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont followed by burial at China Cemetery.  A gathering of family and friends will be Monday evening, July 19, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Broussard’s.
