Mary Nell Harrod, 81, of Beaumont died Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont.

She was a lifelong resident of Beaumont and worked as a nurse’s aide. Mary is survived by husband, David Harrod; daughter, Sandy Watson; grandson, Kenneth Beaumont; great-grandchildren, Preston Beaumont, Regina Martin, and Alex and Allen Atkins all of Beaumont; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Raye Fulton. Her graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 16, 2010, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2010, at Broussard’s.
