Beverly Ruth Broussard, 72 of Nederland, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Dubius Hospital in Port Arthur.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland, on Saturday, July 10, 2010 with Reverend Msgr. Dan Malain and Reverend David Placette officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will held at Broussard,s in Nederland, Friday evening from 5:00-8:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 6:00 P.M. by Deacon Dallas Broussard.
Born in Port Arthur, Mrs. Broussard has been a life long resident of the area. She retired from the Texas State Attorney Generals office as a Child Support Investigator. Mrs. Broussard enjoyed reading and was an avid QVC fan, active church member, but most of all she love her family, especially her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Jake Joseph Broussard; parents, Wade and Pearl Castille; sons, Todd and Jay Broussard and sister Patsy Smith.
Mrs. Broussard is survived by sons, Ricky Broussard of Nederland, Wade Broussard and his wife Genina of Nederland, Chad Broussard and his wife Jodi of Port Neches; sister, Cheryl Ratley and her husband Travis of Clear Lake; brother, Wade “Bubba” Castille and his wife Cinny of Nederland, thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
