Rosalee Madaffri, 95, of Beaumont, died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Jefferson Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Beaumont.

A native of Houston and resident of the Beaumont area for over eighty years, Rosalee was born December 18, 1914, to Lena Cascio and Peter Pronia.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Jody Aiena and his wife Mary Ellen and Cheryl Begnaud and her husband John all of Sour Lake; great-grandchildren, Lane Aiena, Bethany Aiena, Jessica Begnaud and Todd Begnaud.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Madaffri; daughter, Darlene Aiena; mother, Lena Cascio, and brothers, Sydney Pronia and Anthony Cascio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Sour Lake with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A Christian Vigil will be 6:00 p.m. July 2, 2010, at Broussard’s.
