Ferrel Louise Crain, 82, of Silsbee died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Pine Arbor in Silsbee.
Mrs. Crain was born in Liberty County and was a lifelong resident of the Silsbee area.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Norman Crain, Jr., Clifford Crain, Chester Crain, and Richard Crain; daughters, Ella Russell, Mary Ann Jones, Janice Middleton, and Sue Crain; twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and brother, Ray Laurant.
Mrs. Crain is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Norman Crain, Sr.; sons, Charles Ray Crain and Edward Lee Crain; daughter, Thelma Louise Crain; parents, Clifford and Roberta Laurant; brothers, Buddy Laurant, Clifford Laurant, and Richard Laurant; and sisters, Ruth Ward, Thelma Ussery, and Ruby Hughes.
Funeral service will be 4:00 P.M. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee with burial to follow at Cunningham Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends be Friday, June 25, 2010, 12:00 noon until time of service at Broussard’s.
