Alyssa Jayden Massey, infant daughter of Heather Carrell and Robert Massey III, of Lumberton passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010, at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.

Survivors other than her parents include her sisters, Hannah and Kailee Hazen; grandparents, Nell Carrell, Russell Metz, Arthur Spangler, Jr., Glynis and Dan Holley, and Robert Massey, Jr.; great-grandparents, Mary Johnson, and Faye and Bill Metz,  Linda and Arthur Spangler, Sr., and Lola Holley; great-great-grandfather, Charles Lookout; god-parents, Michelle and Mike Gardiner; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Tuck Johnson and Robert Massey, Sr.; and great- great-grandmother, Betty Lookout.

Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2010, at Broussard’s.  A family committal will be at Broussard’s Crematorium.
