Doris E. Heinze, 87, of Jasper, TX. passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Hospice in the Pines in Lufkin, TX.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 5, 2010 in the chapel of Broussard’s in Nederland with Reverend Carl Durden officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00 A.M. to service time Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Broussard’s.

Mrs. Heinze was a native of Votaw and lived in the Beaumont for forty-five years and Jasper for twenty-two years. She was retired from Weingarten’s in Beaumont with thirty-two years of service. She was a member of Southside Assembly Church in Beaumont.

Mrs. Heinze is survived by her husband of sixty six years, Dan Henry Heinze Jr., daughters, Pat Ickles and her husband, Dan of Oak Ridge North, TX. and Danell Adams and her husband, Jack F. of Nederland; Five grandchildren, Ginger Butler and husband, Sam of Post, TX., Chris Ickles and wife, Amber of Amarillo, TX., Kevin Ickles and wife, Elizabeth of Brenham, TX., Dina Bordelon and husband, Kyle of Groves and Casey J. Adams and wife, Leslei of Nederland; Nine great-grandchildren, Makaylee Butler, Corban Ickles, Chloe Ickles, Olivia Ickles, Mattie Ickles, Kirsten Ickles, Bryce Ickles, Coy Adams and Kylee Bordelon; and  one sister, Lillian Garland of Conroe.
