Andriana Nina Husbands 
September 9, 1922 - June 1, 2010

Andriana Nina Husbands, 87, of Beaumont died Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at Summer Place in Beaumont.  She was born September 9, 1922, in Beaumont to Pete and Virginia (Carabin) Chefchis.  Nina was a Dallas resident for thirty-two years before she moved back to Beaumont in 2003.  Upon graduation from Beaumont High School and following graduation, Nina attended Lamar College. She was a bookkeeper with numerous businesses and enjoyed doing needle point, playing cards, and bingo.  Nina will be most remembered for being a loving and caring mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Michael’s Orthodox Christian Church.

Survivors include her son, Dr. Milton E. Husbands, Jr. and his wife Cazzie of Holly Lake, Texas; daughter, Virginia Ann Husbands Major and her husband David of Beaumont; grandchildren, Mark Husbands and his wife Caty and Paige Grojean and her husband Kurt; four great grandchildren; cousins, Marie Keriotis, Dyckie O’Shell, and Dorothy Bartlett; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton E. Husbands.

Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010, at St. Michael’s Orthodox Christian Church in Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 N. Major Drive, Beaumont with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.  A Trisagion will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at Broussard’s.
