Bernadette “Bernnie” Clubb, 62, died Thursday, May 6, 2010 in Houston.

Bernnie was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and loved being with her family and friends. She enjoyed painting, sewing, doing needlepoint and crafts, going hunting and fishing, and gardening. Bernnie was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and had worked at Pair Grocery and Market Basket for twenty-five years. 

She is survived by her husband, Paul Clubb of Winnie; sons, Rodney Brannan and his wife, Jana of Port Acres, Larry Dawson and his wife, Stacy of Winnie, Wayne Dawson and his wife, Daphne of Eldersburg, Maryland; grandchildren, Susanne Dawson, Samantha Dawson, Jessica Dawson, Ashley Dawson, Riley Dawson, Rodney Brannon and Dustin Dawson;  four siblings; and numerous relatives and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer, in Winnie.
