Richard Clark Fullerton 
April 20, 1935 - May 2, 2010

Richard C. Fullerton, 75, of Beaumont, died Sunday, May 2, 2010, at his home. He was born April 20, 1935. A private memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Sunday, May 9, 2010.

A native of Pennsylvania, he graduated from Kenyon College with a chemistry degree and from the University of Pittsburgh with a chemical engineering degree. He served in the Air Force in Japan and worked for DuPont as a quality control engineer for many years in Richmond, Virginia; Chattanooga, Tennessee and Beaumont, Texas. After retiring in 1993, he did contract work for several years, enjoyed travel, home gardening, music, sports, spicy food, making bird houses and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fullerton; son, Richard K. Fullerton and his wife Patricia; daughter, Becky and her husband Yves Pennec; grandchildren, Bryan and Ariane; sister, Elizabeth Facka; sister-in-law, Mary Alice Fullerton; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca; father, Wayne Sr.; and brother, Wayne, Jr.
