Robert Eugene Harbour, 80, of Beaumont, died Sunday, May 2, 2010, at his home. He was born January 6, 1930, in Nederland to Lillie Campbell Harbour and Thomas L. Harbour. A veteran of the Army, Robert received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and was a purchasing agent for Bethlehem Steel for eighteen years.

He is survived by his wife, Dianna Webb Harbour of Beaumont; children, Robert Harbour, Jr. and his wife Kay of Houston, Julie Reid of Beaumont and Alaska, Talmon Christopher Harbour, Elizabeth Long and her husband Edward and David Matheny all of Beaumont; nine grandchildren, Thomas Harbour, Christine Harbour, Casey Eshleman, Kristen Eshleman, Travis Carbaugh, Emily Harbour, Jacob Harbour, Edward Long and Caleb Long; and sister, Lillie Clanton.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Lillie and Thomas Harbour; two brothers, Tom Harbour and Elmer Harbour; daughter, Katrina Harbour; son-in-law, Michael Reid; and his first wife, Monica Daugherty Ash.

His graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2010, at Broussard’s.
