Charlene Taylor, 77 of Port Neches passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Cypress Glen Nursing Home in Port Arthur.   Mrs. Taylor was a life-long resident of the Port Neches and Port Arthur area, where she was a homemaker.   Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, Bill Taylor; and brother, Don Mook.
