Joyce Virginia Hebert, 79 of Port Neches passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2010 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.   Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Nederland with Reverend Dr. Joe Worley officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 PM. Saturday at the mortuary.   Mrs. Hebert was a native of Columbus, Georgia and has live in Port Neches for 55 years. She retired from Bank One in Port Arthur as a Bank Officer with thirty-eight years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church in Groves.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Abbie Hebert; and one brother, James Bussell. She is survived by her three daughters, Janis Collazo and husband Steve of Port Neches, Lisa Dunlap and husband Bobby of Groves, Angie Dalley and husband Chris of Houston; son, Mike Hebert of Port Neches; sister, JoAnn McGee of Columbus, Georgia; brother, Ronnie Bussell of Nashville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Justin, Stephen and Leah Collazo, Chase and Meagan Tolbert, Hannah and Robert Dunlap.
