Pauline “Polly” Graffagnino Brown, 83, of Port Arthur, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2010 with her family by her side.    Polly was born July 29, 1926, the youngest of nine children to Joe Graffagnino and Rosa Roccaforte Graffagnino who immigrated from Sicily.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Saturday, February 13, 2010 at St. James Catholic Church in Port Arthur with Rev. J.C. Coon officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves under the direction of Broussard’s in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 to 8 PM Friday with a scriptural rosary to be recited at 6 PM at the mortuary.   Polly was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and her husband, John A. Brown Jr. She is survived by her son, John A. “Boo” Brown and his wife Josette Montie Brown of Port Neches; her grandsons, John Michael Brown, and Shane Allen Brown and his wife Brandi both of Port Neches; her great grandchildren, Hagen Brown of Port Neches, and Cadence Viator Brown of Sulphur, Louisiana. Also her sisters-in law and nieces and nephews.
