His children said: Throughout his life, Vince followed his own spirit and convictions. What he believed, he believed strongly. Vince was loyal to himself and to those he loved. He had character and knew exactly who he was. Vince lived his life how he wanted and we look up to him and love him for it. He loved his children immensely and has always let us be exactly who we are, which has been the best gift. He told us great stories; endless stories that leave us with beautiful and colorful memories of his extraordinary life. We plan to tell and retell our own children until we are too old to remember. He will be missed greatly. We love him for who he was, as he loved us; and for teaching us sarcasm. “I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter.” Winston Churchill We love you, Daddy. We’ll miss you.
