Lorance Bernadette Y’Barbo, 90, of Call died Thursday, January 21, 2010, at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital.  Lorance was born in Franklin, Louisiana on August 26, 1919, to Lawrence and Mary E. (Castro) Pichoff.  She was a retired cafeteria worker with Saratoga School District.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Lenormand and her husband Pete of Sour Lake; grandchildren, Mary Riggs of Cleveland, Sheila Johnson of Midland, Linda Turner of Big Springs, Brenda Lee Avila of Statesville, North Carolina, and Billy Johnson of Cleveland; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2010, at Broussard’s, 530 W. Monroe, Kountze with Reverand Ron Fossage officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
