Kay Thibodeaux, 63 of Nederland, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2009 at her residence.    A native of Scranton, Arkansas, Kay was a homemaker and lifetime resident of the Nederland area.    Kay is survived by her husband of 46 years, Terry Thibodeaux of Nederland; daughters, Gretchen VanDer does and husband Arthur of Groves and Kim Terrell and husband Tad also of Groves; son, Brian Thibodeaux and wife Kim of Groves; mother Inis Spicer of Nederland; grandchildren, Brittney and Chris Nelson, Kane and Kamryn VanDerdoes, Hunter, Hayden and Hallie Terrell, Erika Thibodeaux and Blake and Ashley Ashworth; great-grandchildren, Kirt and Leland Frank; brother, Pat Spicer and wife Dolores of Goodyear, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her father, Arlis Spicer.    Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium.
