Dale Girouard, 60, of Groves passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur.

Mr. Girouard was born in Port Arthur on April 9, 1949 and was a lifelong area resident. He was a painter for the Port Arthur Independent School District.

Dale was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Girouard; He is survived by his wife, Denise Girouard; Children, Brent Girouard, Lisa Hebert, Aaron Girouard, Amy Byrd, Jessica Thompson and Melissa Girouard; father, Harry Girouard; brother, James Girouard; sisters, Gayle Hurley and Gisele Dailey; and two grandsons;
