Aubrey Jones Jr., 58, of Winnie passed away Saturday, December 12, 2009, at his residence.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches with Rev. Msgr. Bennie Patillo officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer, Winnie. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5 to 8 PM Monday with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM at the mortuary.   Aubrey was born February 14, 1951, in Fort Worth to Aubrey and Margaret Jones Sr. Aubrey lived all of his life in the Winnie and Stowell area where he worked as a self employed rice farmer. He was also a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.   Aubrey was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Carol Leger. He is survived by his wife, Debbie of Winnie; one daughter, Kristie Jones of Port Neches; one sister, Ann Mattingly and her husband Jeff of Hamshire; his mother-in-law, Rosemary Breaux of Port Neches; his sister-in-law, Marla Breaux of Port Neches; also several nieces and nephews.   The family would like to give a special thanks to Georgette and Tina of Harbor Hospice for the care given to Aubrey during illness.
