Jimmie Earl Janczak, 70, of Beaumont, died Friday, December 11, 2009, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital.

He was born December 30, 1938, in Sealy, Texas to Annie Dolejsi and Chester Janczak.  Jimmie has lived in the Beaumont area for forty years and was a retired mechanic from the City of Beaumont.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. 

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Janczak of Beaumont; children, Ronald Wayne Janczak and his wife Stacey of Krum, Susan Denise Perez and her husband Richard of Houston, Dwayne Earl Janczak and his wife Donna of LaPorte, and Darren Allen Janczak and his wife Theresa of Thicket; fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Harold Gene Janczak of Dayton, Willard Janczak of Sealy and Thomas Janczak of Magnolia; sisters, Donnie Luekemyer of Lumberton, Judy Smith of Montgomery, Dorothy Dockens of Joaquin, Gracie Streetmon, Joy Woods and Carolyn Wright all of Houston and LaVerne Rosniak of Wallis; and his dog, Gretta.

His memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2009, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A gathering of his family and friends will be begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday evening prior to the service. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium.
