Charlie Dale 70, of Winnie, died Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at Harbor Hospice.

A native of Cotton Valley, Louisiana, Charlie lived nearly all of his life in Winnie, where he retired from the Pipe Fitters Local 195.  He was a United States Army veteran.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 12, 2009, in the chapel of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Dr. in Winnie, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.  A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife of forty-six years, Paula of Winnie; sons, Chuck Dale and his wife Tammy of Frankston, and Ty Dale and his wife Sheila of Winnie; Daughter, Suzann Stackhouse and her husband Bill of Pt. Neches; brothers, Robert Dale of Winnie and Mickey Dale, and his wife Caroline of Baytown; sister Tami Johnson and her husband Lynn of Harlingen; grandchildren, Steven Hubbard, Dillon Dale, Morgan Stackhouse, Wil Stackhouse, Tristian Dale and Samantha Dale.
