Barbara Evans, 62, of Winnie died on December 06, 2009 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at Broussard’s, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive in Winnie. Funeral services will be through Morris Funeral Home, 416 N. Main, Hemmingway, South Carolina.

Barbara is survived her son, Joey Evans and his wife Tiffany of Lake City, South Carolina; daughters, Mary Thompson and her husband, John of Wedgefield , South Carolina, Lavella Alvarez of Augusta, Georgia; brothers, William “Bill” Lummues III, and Jerry Wayne Lummues  both of Orange; sister, Tina Casas and her husband Jeronimo of Winnie; and seven grandchildren.
