Pam Monk, 38, of Beaumont passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2009at her residence.    Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, December 5, 2009 in the chapel of Broussard’s in Nederland with Rev. Frank Hodges officiating. Graveside service will be 2:30 pm Saturday, December 5, 2009 in Magnolia Springs Cemetery in Magnolia Springs. A gathering of family and friends was from 5 to 8 pm Friday, December 4, 2009 at the mortuary.    Pam enjoyed crocheting and collecting angels and will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.    Pam is survived by her husband of 24 years, Henry Monk Jr. of Beaumont; sons, Trey, Justin and Dylon Monk all of Beaumont; daughter, Heather Monk of Nederland; grandchildren, Johnathan, Jordan, Jayden and Avery Grace; mother, Linda Douglas of Huffman; step father, Richard DeCamp of Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers, Steven Lee Douglas and wife Sandra of Huffman and Wayne Allen Douglas of Beaumont; sister, Laura Doreen Pennachio of Huffman and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Douglas.
