Cory Bryant, 39, of Beaumont passed away December 1, 2009.  A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, he was a 1989 graduate of Westbrook High School.  He recently enjoyed seeing many friends and classmates at their 20th class reunion.  Cory was born with Spina Bifida, but lived his life without ever considering himself as handicapped.  He has touched many lives with his love and strength.

Cory is survived by his parents, John and Judy Bryant; brothers, Chris Bryant and his wife Wendy and Craig Bryant and his wife Stacey; half brother, Brandyn Bryant; niece, Kaylee; and nephews, Jordan, Dylan, and Ethan.  He is also survived by his extended family of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends all of whom loved him very much.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 4, 2009 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church followed by burial at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 N Major Drive, Beaumont.  A gathering of family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 3, 2009 with a Christian Vigil at 5:30 p.m. at Broussard’s.
