Terry Meza, 52, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.

A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, Terry was a training manager with American Crane and Rigging.  He was a member of Bush Lake Hunting Club and was an avid outdoorsman.

Survivors include wife, Kathy Meza of Beaumont; son, Ricky Meza of Beaumont; father, Richard Meza of Beaumont; sisters, Donna Meza Boyher and her husband Tim of Atascocita and Christy Meza Stites of Lumberton; brothers, George Lee Smith and Clay Smith; nieces, Allison Boyher Jones and her husband Jacob, and their daughter, Breanna, and Darla Darden Fraley and her husband Anthony and their daughter, Emerson; nephews, Brandon Boyher and Robert Stites; step-mother, Stella L. Meza; and numerous aunts, uncles and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Woodcock; grandmother, Willie Mae Darden; and grandparents, Dora and Benito Meza.

His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A gathering of his family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2009, and 12:00 p.m. until service time Saturday afternoon at Broussard’s.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium.
