Patricia Ann Turner “P.C.” Cole, 59, of Beaumont, died Saturday, November 28, 2009, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.

A native of Mercedes and a resident of the Beaumont area for twenty-five years, P.C. was employed with Jason’s Deli-Gateway with twenty plus years of service.

When P.C. wasn’t working, she spent time watching her cooking show. Time in the kitchen was one of her passions. She loved Mexican dishes and desserts; one of her favorites was her Chess pie.  She enjoyed crabbing, reading her cookbooks and of course, her Bible.

Survivors include her daughters, Cammie Arbuckle and her husband Jason of Stonewall, Louisiana and Ginny Hebert and her husband James of Mauriceville; five grandchildren, Kyler Hebert, Reece Hebert, Alyssa Arbuckle, Bre Arbuckle, and Cole Arbuckle; step-father, Alfred Foster of Vidor; sister, Donna Turner of Austin; niece, Kelly Daigle of Austin; nephew, Dewayne Erwin of Austin; her dog, Tabasco, and her cat “U”.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, June Marie Foster and Bernie Floyd Turner.

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 6:00 p .m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 30, 2009, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Broussard’s Crematorium.
