Taylor Michael Herink, infant son of Theresa and Joe Herink, of Beaumont, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.

Survivors other than his parents include his siblings, Tristan Joseph Herink, McKayla Johanna Herink, Zachary John Herink, Noah Charles Herink and Trenton Jerome Herink; and grandparents, Sandy and Reinhold Kunze, Jerome Herink and Judy and Jim Monson.

A family graveside service will be held under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
