Clifton “Cliff” Louis Vincent, 81, of Port Arthur passed away Saturday, November 7, 2009 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.   Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland with Reverend David Placette officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Broussard’s in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be from 5 to 8 P.M Monday November 9, 2009 with a Christian Vigil at 6:00 P.M. at the mortuary.   Mr. Vincent was born in Port Neches on November 29, 1927 and was lifetime resident of the area and also lived in the Toledo Bend area for 15 years. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, a veteran of the Army and worked many years as a operator for Goodrich. Mr. Vincent was preceded in death by his wife, Ester Doucet Vincent, parents, Leonce and Della Broussard Vincent and a sister, Elena Collins. He is survived by a daughter, Debbie Coffman of California; brother, Clyde Vincent of Beaumont; sister, Hilda Harrington of Odessa; a special friend, Josie Dorman of Port Arthur and numerous nephews and nieces.
