Judy C. Patterson, 68 of Nederland passed away, Thursday October 22, 2009 at her residence.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 24, 2009 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland with Msgr. Dan Malain officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5:00-8:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 PM at the mortuary.

Mrs. Patterson was a native of Port Arthur and has lived in the area all of her life. She worked at Gulf Credit Union and retired as a loan officer from Mobil Credit Union. She was a member of the Colleen’s drum and bugle corp. at Bishop Byrne’s High School and marched in the parades, and was also a member of the Altar Society of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland.

Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Mary Lee, first husband Jack Comeaux and son Steven Comeaux. She is survived by her husband Wayne Patterson of Nederland; four sons, Jack (Jay) Comeaux and wife Joni of Groves, Scott Comeaux and wife Jennifer of Pearland, Christopher Comeaux and wife Ursula of Port Neches and Parrish Patterson and wife Pam; daughter, Kim Green and husband Robert; three brothers, Harold Lee, Jr. and wife Carolyn of Orangefield, Michael Lee and wife Tonya of Beaumont, Kevin Lee and wife Barbara of Orangefield; seven grandchildren, Lennon Comeaux, Lauren Patterson, Logan Comeaux, Avery Comeaux, Collin Patterson, Gracie Comeaux, and Olivia Green, P.J. Norman, William Smith and several nieces and nephews.
