Kinsley Leighan Kotlarz, infant daughter of Kallie James and Jason Kotlarz, of Lumberton, died Friday, October 2, 2009, at Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.

Other than her parents, Kinsley is survived by her grandparents, Tammy and David Chapman, Dale James and Ellen Godwin, and Debbie and Ray Martin all of Lumberton; half-brothers, Kadon Kotlarz and Trenton Kotlarz; aunts and uncles, Gina Lowe, Jeremy and Kellie Kotlarz, and Molly James; great aunt and great uncle, Patty and Allen Ozment, and cousins, Zane Kotlarz, Zoe Kotlarz, Reichen Trotter, Brian Ozment, and Dustin Ozment.

Her graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 6, 2009, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A gathering of her family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Broussard's,
