Betty J. Heflin, 74, of Vidor died September 26, 2009. A native of Marshall, Texas and resident of the area since 1967, Mrs. Heflin had been a resident of Vidor since 1980.
She is survived by her husband, John Heflin of Vidor; daughter, Shelia Richards and her husband Mike of Vidor; sons, Keith Heflin and his wife Connie of Beaumont and Marcus Heflin and his wife Debbie of Vidor; grandchildren, Jonathan Richards of Austin, Cody Heflin and Tyler Heflin both of Beaumont and Justin Heflin of Vidor.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont followed by burial at Restlawn Cemetery in Vidor. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday evening, September 28, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
