Jack Blizzard, 74 of Nederland passed away Friday, September 11, 2009 at his residence.   Funeral service will be 4:30 PM Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Nederland with Rev. Tony Miller officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be 4:00-7:00 PM, Saturday at the mortuary.   Mr. Blizzard was a native of Commerce, Texas and has lived in Nederland for 35 years. He retired from Premium Foods in sales and marketing with over twenty five years of service. He received a Bachelor Degree from East Texas State University. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Nederland and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.   Mr. Blizzard is survived by Sandra Baumann of Nederland; daughter, Kristi Key of Fannett; two sons, Keith Blizzard and wife Karen of Nederland, Kory Blizzard and wife Leslie of Kennard; five grandchildren, Megan, Hannah and Micah Key, Zachary and Samuel Blizzard and also the mother of his children Sue Green.
