Jack Gentry 79, of Rockwall passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas.   Funeral service will be 2 PM, Friday, September 11, 2009 at Broussard’s in Nederland with Rev. Joseph Daleo officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 PM, Thursday at the mortuary.   Mr. Gentry was a native of Many, Louisiana and lived most of his life in Nederland before moving to Rockwall three years ago. He retired from Sear’s as a repairman with 25 years of service. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Rockwall. Jack also served his country in the Merchant Marines.   Mr. Gentry is survived by his wife Suzanne Gentry; two daughters, Debra Dubose (Tim), and Jackie Stanley (Jerry); step-daughter, Lisa Reinecke (Tim); step-son, Chris Zarmakoupis (Kristina); two brothers, G.W. “Dub” Gentry (Catherine), Bob Gentry (Lottie); sister, Alice Rush; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.   Memorial contributions can be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Blvd., Rockville, MD 20852.
