Theresa Lucille Bailey, 57 of Nederland passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur.   Graveside service will be 10:30 AM, Thursday, September 10, 2009 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Brousssard's Mortuary in Nederland. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at the mortuary.   Theresa was a native and lifelong resident of Nederland. She retired from Luby’s cafeteria with 15 years of service.   Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Inez Bailey, brothers, Homer Bailey Jr., and William Bailey. She is survived by her three brothers, Jack, E. David, and Johnny Bailey; two sisters, Dema Hubert and Mary Stimpson and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many lifelong friends.
