Dorothy Faye Moody Wells, entered this world on February 19, 1926, and went to eternal rest on August 15, 2009, after an extended illness.  She was 83 years old and lived in Winnie.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009, at Broussard’s Chapel, 134 W. Buccaneer Drive in Winnie.

Dorothy is survived my her daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Jerry Huggins; grandchildren, Sherri Huggins, Paul and his wife Tyrea, Michael and his wife Kim, Steven and his wife Maureen; great-grandchildren, Kevin and Thomas Huggins, Joe, Sarah, Katy and Michael Thiele; brother-in-law, Pete Wells and his wife Barbara; niece, Sharon and her husband and daughters.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lessie Moody and her husband, Buddy Wells.
