Doris Louise McNeely, 86, of Lumberton died Sunday, August 9, 2009, at Memorial Herman Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.

Doris was born in Doucette, Texas and had lived in the Lumberton area since 2000.

She is survived by her children, Michael West of San Antonio and Patricia “Sissy” West of Lumberton; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Richard Tolar of Houston; and sister, Patsey Bryant of Woodville.

Doris is preceded in death by her first husband, Otha West and her second husband, Leo McNeely; sons, Bill and Jack West; and parents, Mack and Maude Tolar.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 14, 2009, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee, Texas with burial to follow at Leatherwood Cemetery in Lumberton.  A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday, August 13, 2009, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Broussard’s.
