Jeanette Rudd, 72, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.

A native of Beaumont, she was born August 11, 1936, to Grace and Earl Barbin, and has been a longtime resident of the Beaumont area.

Survivors include her daughters, Catherine Ann Long of Beaumont, and Sandra Irene Morelli of Memphis, Tennessee; grandchildren, Mark Avery Rudd of Beaumont, Stephen Michael Morelli, and Stephanie Michelle Morelli both of Memphis, Tennessee; brothers, Oscar Earl Barbin of Galveston, and Billy Lynn Barbin of Houston.

A gathering of her family and friends will begin at 5:00 p.m. with her funeral service at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  A private committal will follow at Broussard’s Crematorium.
