Barbara A. Reddoch, 70, of Vidor, died Monday, August 3, 2009, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital. She was born on November 21, 1938, to Paul and Oma Jones in Gaston, Alabama, and has been a resident of the area since 1954. Barbara was a food service supervisor for Green Acres Nursing Home, now Vidor Manor Nursing Home, and retired in 1993.

She is survived by husband, Clint Reddoch of Vidor; daughters, Donna Flowers of Vidor, Gloria Southern of Fort Madison, Iowa; son, Robert Reddoch of Vidor; grandchildren, Dana Schindler, Michael Villafano, Ashleigh Reddoch, Olivia Reddoch, Jacob Southern, and Wade Southern; great grandchildren, Charles Lynn, Kristan Drake, and Savannah Schindler; sister, Bonnie Swanson and her husband Jerry of Mobile, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 6, 2009, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin, Beaumont, with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery. A gathering of her family and friends will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. at the mortuary.
