Eddie Rolfs, 85, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on July 22, 1931, to Minnie Radford Rolfs and Henry Rolfs, in Sour Lake. Eddie retired from Beaumont ISD and was a member of North End Baptist Church in Beaumont. He was a loving person and also had a love for animals. Eddie was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include nieces, Teresa Burns and Mary Eizel.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

A gathering of Mr. Rolfs’ family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. with is funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
