Marshal Lewis Dean, 85, of Beaumont, died Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Summer Place Nursing and Rehabilitation, Beaumont. He was born on February 8, 1931, to Verda and W.T. Dean.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-five years, Bobbye Dean; children, Lee Ann Dean Garth and her husband, Terry; Julie Dean Grammier and her husband, Ben; and Jerry Dean and his wife, Patti; grandchildren, Cody, Alyse, Caitlin, Austin, Amanda, Casey, and Jake; and great-grandchildren, Camryn, Graham, and Case.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael Dean.

A gathering of Mr. Dean’s family and friends will be from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A private family graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
