Edwin Arthur "Eddie" Prince, 66, of Kountze, died Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. He was born on September 2, 1949, in Silsbee, to Oselea Dickens and Glover D. Prince. Eddie worked in the maintenance department at Lumberton I.S.D.

Survivors include his brother, John Paul Prince of Kountze; sisters, Priscilla M. Ortegon of Spring; and Judy M. Prince of Kountze; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glover D. Prince, Jr.

A memorial service for Mr. Prince will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2016, at Broussard's, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. His committal was held at Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont.
