Marjorie Agnes Schram, 86, of Kountze, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016.  She was born on December 6, 1929, in Port Neches, to Edna Choate Jones and Clyde Jones, Sr.  Mrs. Schram had worked as a social worker for Texas Department of Human Services.

Survivors include her children, Harold Schram and his wife, Carol, and Betty Holland and her husband, Vernon, all of Kountze; Phyllis Braddock and her husband, Stewart, of Lumberton; and Billie Hargraves and her husband, Barry, and Wayne Schram, all of Kountze; grandchildren, Jeremy Holland and his wife, Kristi, of Kountze; Kimberly Alcorn of Houston; Holly Gilstrap and her husband, Scott, of Montgomery; Kevin Schram and his wife, Amanda, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Christopher Schram of Dallas; Brandon Hargraves of Fort Worth; Kayla Hargraves of Kountze; and Ashley Braddock and Samantha Schram, both of Lumberton; and eleven great-grandchildren.   She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gene Schram; and siblings, Clyde L. Jones, Jr., Johnny Jones, and Jimmy Jones.

A gathering of Mrs. Schram’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with her service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2016, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her interment will follow at Holland Cemetery, Kountze.
