Fred “Buster” Bentley Suggs, Jr., 88, of Cedar Park, died Thursday, April 28, 2016, just two days after his 88th birthday. He was born on April 26, 1928, in Beaumont, to Lillie Mae Suggs and Fred Bentley Suggs, Sr.

Buster is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Ruth Marie Bucher Suggs, of Cedar Park; sons, Greg Suggs and his spouse, Paul, of Littleton, Colorado; Dexter Suggs, of Vidor; and Reggie Suggs and his spouse, Terri, of Leander; and grandchildren, Dustin Suggs, of Leander; Jordan Suggs, of Leander; Kelsey Suggs, of Leander; David Jacobs, of Cisco; Jason Jacobs, of Cisco; Jessica Suggs, of New Jersey; Jay Suggs, of New Jersey; and Jonathan Suggs, of New Jersey.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Doris Sesler and Margaret Whitaker.

 A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 1, 2016, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont
