Toby Lee Surratt, 76, of Sam Rayburn, died Monday, April 25, 2016, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on July 6, 1939, in Beaumont, to the late Cleone Sinclair Moseley and John Winfield Moseley.

Toby is survived by her husband of sixty years, Lew Surratt, Sr., of Sam Rayburn; son, Lew Surratt, Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Canyon Lake; daughters, Cindi Cicio and her husband, Patrick, of The Woodlands and Killi deCastongrene and her husband, Martin, of Austin; grandchildren, Crystal, Carly, Jonathan, Alyse, and Kyle; great-grandchild, Camden; and brother, Charles Moseley and his wife, Rita, of Crystal Beach.

A gathering of Mrs. Surratt’s family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., with her memorial service at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
