Dusty Clinton Freeman, 29, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016. He was born on July 15, 1986, in Nederland, to Diana Freeman and Michael Freeman, and was a lifelong resident of the area. Dusty enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, golfing and cooking.

Dusty is survived by his mother, Diana Freeman of Beaumont; father, Michael G. Freeman of Corpus Christi; brother, Robert Adam Smith III and his wife, Tamara, of Groves; sister, Joanna Broom and her husband, Ricky, of Corpus Christi; brother, Mickey Freeman of Corpus Christi; niece, Layla Smith; and grandmother, Nancy Sims of Lumberton.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald D. Sims.

A private family committal for Dusty was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, Nederland.
