Cheryl Barrow LeBlanc
August 3, 1945 - January 10, 2016

Cheryl Barrow LeBlanc, 70, of Beaumont, died Sunday, January 10, 2015, in her home. She was born on August 3, 1945, in Beaumont, to Gussie Lois Wagner Barrow and Sam Lester Barrow, and had been a lifelong resident of the area.

Cheryl was a former beautician, legal assistant for the district attorney’s office, a book keeper for Gem Jewelry and Butch Hoffers, and a real estate agent for American Real Estate, and eventually made the choice to stay home and raise her children. She loved taking vacations with her children and loving husband, Richard. They took many vacations to Mexico and also traveled to such places as New York City, San Antonio, Washington D.C., South Padre Island, and would often spend summers at the beach. She especially enjoyed making Halloween costumes for her grandchildren and the lighting of the Christmas tree at the court house every year. She also cherished her bird, bell, angel, and vase collections.

Cheryl was an amazing cook and loved making Cajun food. Christmas and birthdays were always a big event. She made her husband, kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids feel her love with her grandiose affairs for their specials days. Cheryl had a quick wit and was known for her big smile that would light up every room she walked into. She will be dearly missed by all that loved her.

LeBlanc, Jr., of Beaumont; children, Stephen LeBlanc and his wife, Susie, of Fannett; Kelli Bagley Broussard; Cheri LeBlanc, both of Lumberton; Sharon LeBlanc Hale and her husband, Joe, of Friendswood; Richard P.
